• STEP 2 (PROVIDE DETAILS): Enter your personalization text in the box at checkout. For custom images, simply upload your image at checkout or email your design/file to wanderwegshop [!at] gmail.com.

• STEP 3 (FAST DESIGN MOCKUP): We will send a digital mockup of your engraving via Etsy Messages within 24 hours of purchase.

* PLEASE NOTE: Please respond within 24 hours to approve your proof so we can meet our estimated processing times! If we don’t hear back, we will attempt to reach you via email. If we still do not hear back 24 hours after the email, we will proceed with the personalization exactly as requested to ensure your heirloom arrives on time.

• STEP 4 (SHIPPING): After receiving your design approval, we fabricate your box start-to-finish in our workshop and then ship it in discreet packaging, typically a plain white poly mailer with no indication of what's inside.

The word "Wanderweg" translates to "hiking trail" or "path" in German. We got engaged while hiking a “wanderweg” in the Swiss Alps, which inspired us to start crafting travel-friendly, personalized keepsakes for life's biggest milestones.
