Please note that this item is made by hand so there may be slight variations in size and shape, giving each product character and charm. We do not recommend using the trays to hold food or liquids.
Care instructions: these trays are finished with a protective wax. However, over time brass will naturally tarnish if repeatedly exposed to oil from fingerprints, water drops, etc. It can be cleaned with a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda, or with commercial cleaners such as Barkeeper's Friend.

Custom and personalized orders
We will send a digital mock-up for all orders containing personalization within 24 hours from time of purchase through the Etsy platform. Please respond within 24 hours so that we can meet the estimated processing times. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will attempt to contact you via email. If we still do not hear back 24 hours after emailing you, we will proceed with the personalization so that we can make sure you get the product in time.
